AC blowing air, but not cooling mobile home?

Most mobile homes when equipped with a cooler, the cooler is a swamp cooler. There's isn't much to a cooler; a circulating squirrel cage fan, pump and then you have to have a water source. Mobile homes with central air are a bit more complexed. Only a HVAC service tech can work on them legally in the USA.
