Could i have a hairline fracture in the top of my foot?

I was at the beach 3 days ago when some kid ran over my foot with his wooden boogie board. Immediately after walking back but to my towel i had ALOT of pain, and i could barely walk. My foot had a blue mark on it where i was hit and had scratches on it. A couple minutes after i sat down the pain began to fade. It was pretty much gone after about 20 minutes, but still hurt to touch it at all and alittle to walk on it. It is very swelled on the top of my foot and 3 of my middle toes. It dosent hurt much to walk on it, just to move it in certian directions and touch it at all. Could i have a fracture or just sprain?
