How do i conceal/ permanently get rid of this weird line under my eyes?

so this is hard to explain but i have this sorta grey line by my eye. It starts at that tear duct place and curves under my eye bags(i don't have baggy eyes). It is very obvious in pictures and i absolutely hate it! It makes me feel so ugly!!
