How to buy guitar amp tubes, help!?

Hopefully there are some musicians out there that know something about guitar amps. I'm going to replace my tubes in my boogie. I don't know if the phase inverter tube needs to be a special one, or if I can just buy 5-12ax7's? Is it in the circuit for the phase inversion with all same tubes, or do I need a special tube!? Thanks.
