My cat's eye is watering! Help!?

I have noticed that over the past week my cat's eye has been watering a little bit and a small boogy is appearing near her tear duct. Now, it's watering more but it just clear like regular tears. My boyfriend says that she has done this before. It does not seem to hurt her and she is not holding the eye closed. However, I am a little concerned. Any info would help!
