What do people mean when they say "the german woman/girl died in 1945" or "there havent been any real german?

Girls in 70+ years"? So what do people mean with these statements? Are they referring to the mass rapes that took place after ww2? I have read that many raped German women got pregnant and that they are all bastards now...some people even say that they deserv that for ww2.
