What sticks really well on my body and does not go off when i go swimming?

I wanna get a sun tan tattoo and im going to florida soon so yeah, i was thinking about duct tape but that would go off when i went swimming, and i can not use super glue cause that would never come off, what sticks really well on my body and is waterproof, and i have to be able to cut a picture out of it
