Why do I keep getting more warts?

I have HPV. I mainly get warts on my fingers, but if i get them anywhere else it'll be on my hands. I ALWAYS use duct tape. But I wake up and I just keep getting more, why? Yes, I know it's because my immune system is low. But even if I take take care of I still manage to get a wart, and once I do the following day I have at least 5-10 more. Please help
