Can you get preg by underwater rubbing/sex for 10 seconds?

well a couple of days ago me and my boyfriend went to the beach and we went fora swim. The water was a little bit chilly and we had to get used to it before we went in. After about 10 minutes in the water (normal salty water not pool water) then we went abit outside and the water was a bit even more chilly. Then we lowered our bottoms and begin to rub against eachother and kissing. Then after a bit of time he inserted his penis onsdie of me for like 10 seconds and it didmt even go in all the way just about the tip. After 10 seconds we stopped and just went back to shore. Is there still possibiltily of becoming preg? Since the water was cold and his last ejaculation was 2 dqys ago so he peed and so there was ni sperm in the sperm duct thus no precum. Oh and necause of the coldness his penis wasnt that hard so i dont think he was that hornu for any precum to come out anyway. Thanks for your help! X x x
