My child is a lil more hyper then most i think its a behavir?

when i asked the doctor for a refer she is sending me to see a neurology ?what is that for??i mean his only 3years old when i got his speech evaluated they said he was fine only the behaviour cus he cant stay still that long but i think its part off being a kid
