Is he over me or just sending vibes that I don't get?

well we've been talking for about 3 weeks and seem fond of each other and we kiss and hug and all of that but he wants a little more time to know me even though he referred to me as his girlfriend last night then sent some late night texted about how he really liked me even though in that conversation earlier he sounded really hesitant when I asked about what he did that night. I now he has a wandering eye for other girls but sometimes I get nervous though I haven't told him that, Today, I got nothing from him, no call, no text or anything. I texted once or twice throughout the day until I asked if he was upset with me, he just said no and that was it. Should I be concerned?
