Will Obama be successful in Lowering the Unemployment rate to acceptable Bush Levels ?

Nationally, unemployment has leveled off at 10 percent. Gas Prices are 4 & California 5 dollars a gallon, along with Record High Food Prices and continued Home Foreclosures. Workers who have been rehired are making 20 to 30 percent less on average, than they did under President Bush. Everyone that I know is making less than they did 5 years ago. Now it appears that the Waterboarding Bump that the Boogie Boarding Obama got, is now sliding off the Wham O Slip and Slide.
