Mesa Boogie Mark V or Krankenstein Plus?

I'm trying to decide on which head and cabinet to buy, which one do you think: Mesa Boogie Mark V or Krankenstein Plus? The MB offers a great metal sound on extreme setting and is used by Mark Morton and Willie Adler from Lamb of God. It sounds great for soloing and rhythm, but it is �2,500 + if you want to buy the head and a decent cabinet to go with it! The Krank is also good, and offers a different metal sound. The sound to my ears is much thinner. It is used by Mastodon, Dimebag Darrell and was used to record the Dethalbum 1 by Dethklok's Brendon Small. This head and cabinet set only costs around �1,800 +. Which one??
