Casey Anthony and duct tape? Opinions?

I thought the most significant statement from a witness yesterday was that the duct tape at the scene vs the duct tape at the house were different cause the one at the scene was pure polyester and the one at the house was cotton and polyester, making it impossible to have come from the house like the pros. suspected, I think that is actually HUGE, like anyone else think that? and why.
