What effects to use for satch boogie?

I am playing satch boogie for school. My amp is a fender g-dec or something, all i know is it has 100 modify-able effects. I don't know what kind of effects will work for things like the satch scream. Also, how do you do the satch scream? Do you need a whammy bar? Thanks for the help.
